Every commercial program is scoped per facility — square footage, floor types, story count, restroom counts and traffic patterns all change what a building needs. Rather than sell a package, we walk the property, write the scope, and price it against the work in front of us.
A typical program combines nightly or scheduled facility cleaning with restroom sanitization, break room and kitchen care, high-touch surface disinfection, trash removal, common area cleaning and hard or soft floor care. Cleaning is carried out to a Green Clean Institute certified standard, which matters in offices, clinics and classrooms where people spend their whole day indoors.
We also handle the one-off commercial work between tenants: move-in and move-out cleaning, property turnovers, showroom preparation, and pre-lease or post-lease cleans for property management companies and commercial landlords.
